I am licensed to practice psychotherapy in Oregon and Florida as a LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker). My practice is fully online which allows me to work with clients who reside in Oregon and Florida, via the internet.

Online therapy is still relatively new, but research shows that it is just as effective as in-person therapy. Online therapy allows for greater flexibility and convenience as we connect via the internet using your smart phone, tablet, or computer. Prior to your scheduled session, you will receive an email with a secure link to join your session.

At this time, I do not offer in-person sessions.

$125 for a 50 minute session, paid by debit or credit card.
I do not accept insurance.

Initially, I want to get to know you and what has led you to seek therapy. I will ask questions to learn what are your goals for therapy. Just as you are unique, your path to achieve these goals will be unique. Working together, we will develop an individualized approach to your therapy.

There is no set timeframe for how long you will need to be in therapy as it is based on your goals and your progress towards those goals. Generally, most clients stay in therapy for 6 months to 1 year.
